A rate is not a strategy. Anyone with a spreadsheet and a Rolodex can email your tax returns to twenty lenders and forward whichever term sheet comes back first.
That is not what we do. Every Puzz file gets a credit memo written on our side of the table — a narrative, a projection, a stress test, and a defense of the ask. Then it goes to the two or three lenders in the country most likely to say yes on the best terms, not the ten most likely to say maybe.
